These endorsements, coupled with extensive internationally accepted independent laboratories' research tests, proving all claims made, paved the way for the development to all sectors of the market.

As Burns happen anywhere at any time, the product is used and sold to the Consumer, Industrial, as well as Medical fields.

The Fire Trauma Blanket developed and designed with the Wool Board and the Council for Scientific Research (CSIR) found a ready market in Fire Departments - where it is used to enter into fire areas and, because of sterilisation, can be used to douse flames of a burning victim, giving instant relief.

As an important adjunct to the ® range, Levtrade designed and produced an extensive range of First Aid Trauma Kits to cover every purpose and requirement.

The production of ® is done in their sophisticated factory, Burnshield (Pty) Ltd, under the supervision of Managing Director Max Di Domenico, where clinical areas and controlled air environment ensured the award of ISO 9001, 9002, EN46001 and CE mark registration, which is the guarantee of quality production to the highest European Standards of a quality product.
